According to the law, the company has the obligation to transfer to the employees the allowance for the medical leaves they have benefited from, following that the employer will later recover the amounts that exceed his monthly obligation, from the FNUASS budget.
To recover these amounts, the necessary documentation must be submitted to the CNAS to which your company belongs.
